The delivery times vary between 24/48 or 48/72 on working days depending of the shipping method you choose and on the day of the week you have made your purchase. Deliveries are only made from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays, deliveries will not leave our storage and will not be delivered. We will proceed to get your order ready for its delivery at the time the payment has been confirmed. The products you purchased will be delivered in the address mentioned in your order.
The receipts of your purchase will be sent to you to the email address you indicated at the time of the registration in our online shop mybilingualchildcorner.com and you will also be able to check it at all times in this same account in our online shop mybilingualchildcorner.com.
The delivery will be made under the responsability of the shipper. An order is considered to be delivered once the carrier hands you in your parcel or parcels that you were looking forward to receiving. You will have to sign the takeover document delivery. It is your duty to check the status of the goods when you receive them and just in case to indicate the faults in the delivery note.
The delivery cost is worked out automatically by the system when your make your order. You will be able to check it before making the payment. The total delivery cost will depend on the weight and the place of destination.
CLAIM FOR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
After placing an order, you will always have to receive a confirmation email. In case you have not received your product after a reasonable period of time, please contact us to clarify the cause of the delay in My Bilingual Child Corner via our contact form or by sending us an email to: email@example.com.
Once we get your complaint, My Bilingual Child Corner will contact you to explain what happened and we will reach an agreement.
In case we are out of stock of the product that you ordered in our shop My Bilingual Child Corner, we will keep you informed about that lack of stock and as soon as possible you will be refunded on the part of My Bilingual Child Corner the amounts paid.
If you wish to cancel an order we have not dispatched yet, you can proceed as long as you indicate that by means of the contact form established for this purpose in the section “Email us” or by sending us an email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org . Do not forget to indicate the order number you wish to cancel.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can refund it within 14 calendar days counting from the day you receive your products. We just request you to notify that by sending us an email to email@example.com indicating the necessary data to locate your order. Once we receive your email, we will let you know it by means of an email.
To meet the refund time, the information related to the purchase refund must be emailed before the corresponding deadline.
In case the refund is for reasons attributable to My Bilingual Child Corner (the product is faulty or if it does not coincide with the purchase reference), My Bilingual Child Corner will be in charge of collecting the products and/or changing them for a good one bearing the costs associated with that refund and/or change.
In case the refund is for reasons non-attributable to My Bilingual Child Corner such as change of colour, size or any other characteristics due to a change of mind or mistake on your part as a customer at the time of making the order, you will have to refund us the products in perfect state without undue delay and in any case at the latest within 14 calendar days after the products reception. In this case, My Bilingual Child Corner will refund you the payments received except for the delivery costs. Likewise, you will assume the cost of the products refund.
My Bilingual Child Corner will proceed to make the refund within the 14 calendar days from the date we are informed about the decision to refund the products and we will do it by using the same method of payment you used for the initial transaction. My Bilingual Child Corner reserves the right to hold the refund until the products have been received.
We ship internationally to Europe, South America and North America.
For these deliveries, the client will pay all customs fees. We also accept refunds. However, My Bilingual Child Corner will not be in charge of refund expenses. The client will proceed with the refund and will pay the corresponding expenses.
